Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MKR Prints. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, text, and specifications before production begins.
• Once an order is confirmed, changes may incur additional charges.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional work requested after approval will be charged separately.

3. Payment

• Full or advance payment may be required before production.
• Orders will only be processed after payment has been received, unless credit terms have been agreed upon.
• All payments must be made using the approved payment methods.

4. Artwork Approval

• Customers must carefully review and approve all proofs before printing.
• MKR Prints is not responsible for errors such as spelling, grammar, colours, or layout once the artwork has been approved.

5. Colours & Print Quality

• Printed colours may vary slightly from digital previews due to differences in screens, printers, materials, and production methods.
• Minor colour variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for replacement or refund.

6. Production & Delivery

• Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided for guidance only.
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays or technical issues, shall not make MKR Prints liable for any losses.

7. Collection & Shipping

• Customers should inspect their orders upon collection or delivery.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

• As most products are custom-made, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by MKR Prints.
• Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or reprinting at our discretion.

9. Customer-Supplied Materials

• Customers supplying garments or other materials do so at their own risk.
• MKR Prints is not responsible for damage resulting from defects or the quality of customer-supplied items.

10. Intellectual Property

• Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all logos, images, trademarks, and artwork provided.
• MKR Prints accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied content.

11. Limitation of Liability

• MKR Prints’ liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Privacy

• Customer information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services.
• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

• MKR Prints reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
