Because most products are custom-made, returns or refunds are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing or printing defect caused by MKR Prints.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement if the error was caused by MKR Prints.
Are my designs and personal information kept confidential?
Yes. Your artwork, files, and personal information are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties without your permission, except where required to complete your order or by law
